The formation of Spectre Squads was banned, the use of powers was banned (people are either vaccinated or killed if they’re found to be using powers), and everyone born into modern society is given a round of vaccines to suppress and limit their power usage. 

Now strange things are happening in the Astraeus Galaxy once again, and all signs point towards the Elysians. A new Spectre Squad has been formed after over 130 years of silence to combat the potential dangers and prevent an all out war like the one that happened previously.
